Fromaĝo Ĉio Universal Cheese Knife, 160mm, Stainless, Plum Wood
R 2 940,00
This Robert Herder Fromaĝo cheese knife Ĉio is perfect for cutting soft cheese. The large holes ensure that the discs do not stick to the blade. Since the blade is relatively high, it offers enough stability that you can also cut hard cheese. So use the knife for Gouda, for example.
The blade of Robert Herder's Ĉio cheese knife has a sharp serrated edge and was polished by hand. This allows the cheese to be cut effortlessly. Because the handle is curved, the cheese is easier to cut. Also, the wide handle is comfortable to hold.
Robert Herder's Fromaĝo knives are perfect for cheese boards. Hard cheese, semi-hard cheese and soft cheese can be easily cut with these knives. The bread served with cheese was also thought of. The knife blade runs through the entire handle, it is a so-called „full tang“ construction. The blade is attached to the beautiful plum wood handle with three rivets.
Please note that the knives cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher. In doing so, they could come into contact with other steel objects and damage the blade. In addition, the handle remains wet in the dishwasher for too long, which can cause damage to the wood. We therefore recommend rinsing the knife after use and drying it immediately.
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board to avoid damaging the blade.
