Reviews
I have been using your Robert Herder potato peelers for over 30 years. Now I wanted to introduce this super product to my daughter and daughter-in-law as well... now they don't want anything else either! Razor-sharp, comfortable to hold, and no need for a potato peeler for the next 10 years!
I got a tip from a male colleague that these are *the* best knives. And indeed... even I can cut very thin strips with these razor-sharp knives. Simply top-notch!
Great little knife, I cut everything in the kitchen with it. It is also easy to sharpen and cuts through onions and tomatoes like butter.
This is to determine the best knife for peeling or cutting vegetables in this price range.
Very sharp stainless steel blade, practical plastic handle for hygiene and dishwasher safe. Its only drawback is that the handle is too thin. Ideally, it would have been a plastic handle but with the same shape as the wooden handle on the "mill".
It's really nice to have such a sharp knife. Compared to the carbon reel blade, there aren't such big differences to see or notice at the moment.
Super sharp, even though the carbon model is even better. But it has the major advantage of being stainless steel.
For years, and still the best paring knives. This version is also dishwasher safe. Great!
