The Robert Herder Straight Classic 1966 yellow paring knives is based on Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. But of course you can also use it to cut fish and meat. The polypropylene plastic handle provides an excellent grip. The blade is made of stainless steel and ground by hand according to the principle of the traditional „Solingen thin grind“. The result is a very sharp knife.

Hi, I needed some new 8.5cm peg knives from Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer). I ordered the entire color range. The plastic handles of the knives are very easy to clean, making them extremely hygienic. The cutting performance is excellent; all the knives are incredibly sharp and easy to resharpen. A definite recommendation.
