Reviews
I needed some new paring knives from Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer). I ordered the entire color range. The plastic handles of the knives are very easy to clean; making them extremely hygienic. The cutting performance is excellent; all the knives are incredibly sharp and easy to resharpen. A definite recommendation.
Been using it for a long time. I wouldn't want anything else.
Well; simply the very best paring knife there is! Razor-sharp and the synthetic handle feels just a bit better in the hand and is easier to keep clean than the one with a wooden handle.
