The Robert Herder Breakfast Knife Humpback stainless steel, apricot wood, humpback knifeis a typical German breakfast knife with a hump blade. Reviews
A great knifefrom the Herder Buckels. I have several of them. They look good and feel great in the hand; are sharp and easy to resharpen; and can be made very sharp by stropping. The apricot wood from which the handle of this particular example is made looks very beautiful.
