Returns & Refund Policy
General Policy
At Real German Knives, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our artisanal cutlery. Because each knife is a precision tool, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for "change-of-mind" purchases once the product has been dispatched.
We encourage you to review all product specifications, dimensions, and materials carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding a specific knife before you buy, please contact us at info@realgermanknives.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our goods. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or repair at our discretion.
Statutory Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, customers are entitled to a "cooling-off period" of 7 days after the date of delivery. During this period, you are entitled to return the goods and receive a full refund, provided that the goods are returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns initiated during this statutory cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.
