Reviews
It is a good product, but I can't always work with it very well. At a certain angle, it works very well and the peel slides right off, but at a slightly different angle, you have to apply some force and it is more difficult. Perhaps it is just me and I need to use it more!
After buying at least 12 different peelers, I've finally found one I can actually use. Unlike other models on the market – which are just stamped out – this one is ground, which makes it much easier to handle.
Classic tool in the kitchen, part of the day to day gear. Works well, never dissapointed, previous one disappeared probably with vegetables skins...
Old-fashioned peeler of good quality!...as expected from Robert Herder
I have been using this peeler for as long as I have been peeling potatoes. Previously from the brand Kratz, and for the last few years from Herder. It is a model that fits well in the hand and is therefore pleasant to peel.
The peeler is a bit disappointing; it doesn't work as nicely as a peeler with a hinged blade. And the Afterpay issue didn't go as planned either, but it has been resolved.
Great purchase....better than many others, I highly recommend this product.
It is a fantastic peeler, it just glides right through it.
