The Robert Herder humpback knife is a typical German breakfast knife in the so-called 'humpback' shape. With this knife you can cut bread, rolls, cheese and salami and spread butter on the bread. This is the stainless steel version with wooden handle. However, this knife must not be cleaned in the dishwasher under any circumstances.
This 6-piece set includes humpback knives with handles made of 6 different woods: acacia, walnut, pear, olive, plum and cherry. The set comes in a beautiful wooden storage/display box.
Robert Herder knives are largely handmade and can therefore have a slightly longer delivery time.

Excellent as a breakfast knife. The wide blade makes it easy to spread toppings on bread. The knives are very sharp.
Once you've had breakfast with one of these knives, you won't want to use any other knives. I had to equip the whole family with them.
