Reviews
Hi, I needed some new 8.5cm paring knives from Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer). I ordered the entire color range. The plastic handles of the knives are very easy to clean, making them extremely hygienic. The cutting performance is excellent; all the knives are easy to use and can be easily resharpened.
Excellent paring knives. Outstanding value for money. Very easy to sharpen. Very practical. Highly recommended. Much better than Victorinox.
With Robert Herder knives, the edge lasts forever.
cut really well
A very nice little knife. I already have four different colors in my drawer. A little more expensive than paring knives from other brands like Wüsthof and Victorinox, but it more than makes up for it. Extremely sharp, even after a year of intensive use. Highly recommended!
A Herder knife with little to criticize. Except that the carbon steel version is sharper.
Razor-sharp small knife
Top knife.
