Premium Double Convex Utility Knife, 127mm, Stainless, Cherry Wood

The specialty of this serrated knife with a convex edge is cutting tomatoes, peppers and all vegetables that are soft on the inside but protected by a tough, firm skin on the outside. You can cut through them effortlessly with just one drawn cut, without crushing or squashing the flesh and thus losing it. With a convex grind, the shaft bulges outwards - most serrated knives usually have a simpler concave grind with the shaft bulging inwards. The universal knife comes from Windmühlenmesser-Manufactur Herder in Solingen. The double-edged blade is made of stainless steel, the knife handles are made from steamed, finely and smoothly polished apple wood.

    Can basically do anything

Not 100% sure what this knife is specifically made for but I've come to be using it for basically anything in the kitchen. Bread/meats/vegetables; it can handle it super well.
