R 920,00
The Robert Herder Windmill Tomato and Cheese Knife is a highly specialized, ultra-lightweight utility tool featuring a convenient forked tip designed to effortlessly pick up, decorate, and serve delicate slices.
Its 11.1cm stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel blade (56 HRC) utilizes a hand-polished, wavy serrated grind to cleanly slice through tough vegetable skins and soft cheeses without fraying or crushing them.
Hand-finished with the traditional "Solingen thin grind" process, the perfectly balanced, blue-plastered blade is seamlessly paired with a beautifully contoured natural wood handle.
Weighing just 25g, this exceptionally practical German-made kitchen helper promises precise performance and longevity when strictly hand-washed and occasionally treated with wood care oil.

I've seen a few people here comment about the forked tip; I am going to jump on and just confirm it really is just great. Handy and sharp it's got uses I never thought were even needed.
The forked tip is so handy for picking up tomato slices right after cutting them. The serrations slice through tough skins without squashing the insides.
Never seen a forked tip kind of knife in SA and I can't understand why there aren't more. Such a handly little tool I don't know how I survived without it.
