K-Series Large Steak Knife, 130mm, Stainless, Serrated/Plain Edge, Walnut Wood
R 1 960,00
The Robert Herder Steak Knife Walnut glides through the meat as if it were butter. This is due to the exceptionally beautiful thin cut for which Robert Herder is so known. This large steak knife is a knife with a large, oval handle that fits perfectly in the hand. Perfect for cutting a large T-bone or rib-eye steak.
The steel chosen was stainless steel; chromium-molybdenum-vanadium, to be precise. This type of steel is very pleasant as it does not require much care. The blade is carefully ground by hand, following the old windmill knife tradition in „Solingen thin section“. So the knife is very sharp! The handle is made of walnut wood and attached with brass rivets.
