The Robert Herder Windmill "Back Point" is a highly versatile, large utility and meat knife designed for effortless cutting, filleting, and carving across a wide variety of ingredients.

 

Its 18cm stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel blade (60 HRC) features a hand-ploughed, blue-plastered finish and a discreetly upward-pointing tip that allows for smooth rolling cuts on the cutting board.

 

Forged with the traditional "Solingen thin grind," this exceptionally sharp, 86g kitchen workhorse glides effortlessly through everything from hard sausages and firm vegetables to tender fish and meats.

 

Fitted with a comfortable, triple-riveted natural wood handle, this perfectly balanced knife reduces hand fatigue and promises lifelong performance when strictly hand-washed and occasionally oiled.
