K-Series K Chef XL Chef's Knife, 225mm, Stainless/Carbon, Fine Wood
R 6 060,00
The Windmill Knife K-Chef is an extra-large, professional-grade chef's knife featuring a Japanese Gyuto-inspired design, built specifically for enduring, heavy-duty culinary tasks.
Its 225mm blade is crafted from stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel hardened to 60 HRC, utilizing a blue-plastered "Solingen thin section" grind for exceptional sharpness and stability.
The dynamically shaped handle is gently angled upwards to provide optimal hand clearance and ensure fatigue-free, lightweight operation during extended use.
To maintain its superior cutting properties and edge retention, this high-performance kitchen tool should strictly be hand-washed and used on soft wooden or plastic cutting boards.

Reviews
Quality is excellent and it cuts beautifully. Just a bit large if you're not used to bigger knives but you get used to it. It's a good problem to have in the kitchen.
A big knife that literally does anything. You feel amazing using this thing oh my.
This is a proper big chef knife. Super sharp and handles all my heavy prep with no issues. Feels solid but I am more comfortable with bigger knives.
